Junction is a platform that supports homegrown innovations in Bangladesh to become scalable social and tech solutions globally. We provide tailored resources for innovation, capacity building, and collaborative development, helping ventures with existing traction become scalable businesses through customized incubation, legal and intellectual property rights (IPR) support, funding connections, and R&D resources, like fabrication lab facilities.

We currently offer:

  • Incurator (Customized Incubation Program)
  • School of Entrepreneurship (SoE)
  • Intellectual Property (IP) Services
  • Compliance for Growth Services
  • Research & Development (R&D) Services
  • Research Fellowships

Yes! Many participants begin with SoE or training programs and, upon achieving certain milestones, progress into Incubation, R&D, IP or Compliance support. We encourage progression along the journey.

Typically, there is an application, review, interviews or pitches, and evaluation based on innovation, feasibility, team strength, and alignment with our mission. Each package may differ in selection and on-board criteria and overall process.

We welcome students, innovators, startups, researchers, entrepreneurs, and early-stage ventures with ideas or prototypes in social impact, tech, or innovation domains. You do not necessarily need a fully formed company to join — promising ideas or early prototypes may qualify.

Go to the “Sign Up / Sign In” or “Apply” section of the site, fill out the application form relevant to the program you’re interested in, and submit required materials such as basic contact information, pitch deck, proposal, team bios, idea summary etc.

No. While having a prototype or MVP helps, Junction works with early-stage ideas and helps with refinement, validation, and growth. The core is about potential, innovation, and commitment.

The selection team will review your application, possibly invite you for interviews or pitches, and then notify you of acceptance. If accepted, you will be onboarded with orientation and assigned a mentor or advisory contact.

Some of our programs may include fees or cost-sharing, but certain services may be subsidized or free, depending on funding and eligibility.

  1. You may get mentorship, business model guidance, access to networks, workshops and training, legal/IP assistance, compliance guidance, funding support, resources for R&D, and more. The exact package depends on the program you enter.

We expect engagement, regular progress updates, participation in workshops/mentorship sessions, execution of agreed milestones, openness to feedback, and commitment to growth.

Depending on the program, deliverables can include validated business model, pilot tests, prototype development, IP registration, research papers, or scaled deployment of solutions.

Exits may occur when startups become self-sustainable, receive funding, graduate from incubation, or fulfill set milestones. For fellowships, success may be publication, project deployment, or follow-up funding.

In many incubation or accelerator models, equity or revenue-sharing may be part of the arrangement. We aim for fair terms that align incentives.

Program length varies, entrepreneurship training (SoE) might be weeks to months, incubation may last 6–12 months, research fellowships may span semesters or years. Each program page will have its specific timeline.

The Research Fellowship supports academics, researchers, and innovators who pursue independent research or project development. Applicants typically need to propose a viable research plan, show qualifications, and commit time to the project.

Yes — funding, infrastructure, mentorship, network access, and institutional support are part of the fellowship benefit. The amount and conditions depend on project scope and available funding.

You’ll typically have a dedicated program manager, mentor, or advisor assigned to you. You can also reach out via our general contact: info@isocial.com.bd or +8801891973952.
